Firstly let me introduce the committee and of course our coach's

Now let me tell you about some of the things we have on and do:-

 

  • We carry out coaching, for the juniors this is Saturday and Sunday morning,
  • We have ladies coaching on Wednesday morning and adult coaching Sunday afternoon,
  • Also across the main school holidays we have tennis camps which always go down well so book early,
  • And by the way, the coaching is for all standards so please come along no matter what your standards,
  • Plus if you want some personal coaching, have a chat with Paul our Head Coach who will help out.

 

  • Our social tennis is on Sunday afternoon, 2 to 4 and Tuesday evenings from 6. Plus on the first Sunday of the month we have an American Tournament with PRIZES.... Come along and enjoy plus check in the clubhouse for further information.

 

  • We run a number of successful teams.
    • These include a Men's team and a number of Junior teams.
    • Plus we like to have a number of friendlies both mixed and ladies, so keep an eye on your e-mail and let us know if you are interested, they are always good fun

 

  • We have also this year introduced some new competitions and things
    • There is a junior ladder, with prizes,
    • We plan a club "open competition" weekend on the 12/13 of September, all are welcome put the date in your diary and come along for fun, games a great Tennis,
    • And we also have a new ball machine, its great fun and available through committee members.

 

 

So to finish

 

-We are a Volunteer club so the more we get involved the more we get out of it, so come along and participate, ideas are always welcome. All contact details are in the clubhouse.

-Court availability is pretty good so get down and have a game, but check the clubhouse window as it tells you when the team competitions are on.

-And finally, please wear your new shoe tags when you are playing on court, if not do not mind it if someone from the committee asks to check you are a member.
